Shipping

Good To Be Alive ("Company") anticipates purchases will result in successful shipment to Customer within 4 to 14 business days. Company does not guarantee shipment within 4 to 14 business days. Circumstances may exist that require more time for delivery of merchandise. Customer acknowledges that timely shipping is not guaranteed. Expedited shipping is available, but is not guaranteed.

Canceled Orders

Customer acknowledges there may be certain orders that Company is unable to accept and must cancel. Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel any order for any reason including but not limited to limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in merchandise or pricing information, or problems identified by government authorities or manufacturers. Company may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. If order is canceled after Customer has been charged, Company will refund Customer in the amount of the charge without payment of interest.

Return Policy

Company accepts returns for reasonable objections within 30 days of purchase subject to condition of merchandise. A return authorization must be acquired from Company prior to returning merchandise by calling 888-696-1233 and requesting a return authorization; specific logistical instructions will be provided by a Company representative. All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Disposable items with "broken seals" (opened packaging) such as pads or batteries cannot be returned. Shipping of goods intended for return is the responsibility of the Customer including any associated shipping and/or insurance fees.
